Our Process

POWER CLEAN - We use a combination of high powered blowers and wire brushes to remove all dirt and debris.
EDGING - We edge the entire perimeter with string trimmers using a vertical cut ensuring a manicured finish.
SEALCOATING - We apply a commercial grade sealer that is thoroughly mixed with silica sand and polymers providing you with a tough, durable, high traction surface. Our attention to detail allows us to apply the sealer to all asphalt surfaces ensuring a neat and mess free application.
CAUTION TAPE - We block the driveway with caution tape for a period of 36-48 hrs.
OPTIONAL SERVICES -
- CRACKFILLING - Commercial rubberized crack filler is applied to all cracks up to 1/2 wide. This is not a permanent solution and requires regular inspection
- OIL SPOTS - Oil spots are treated with a primer solution for maximum adhesion.
- PATCHING - Potholes and damaged areas will be filled in with a DOT certified asphalt mix and tamped smooth.
